Services

One clinic. Every tool.

Most clinics send you in four directions for four opinions. We offer the full continuum — diagnostic, therapeutic, and restorative — under one roof, with findings shared across your care team.

Quantitative Brain Mapping (qEEG)

High-density EEG translated into clinical insight — spotting the patterns of attention, anxiety, trauma, and traumatic brain injury that structural scans miss.

Neuropsychological Testing

Comprehensive cognitive, memory, attention, and personality evaluations used by courts, schools, and treating clinicians nationwide.

Neurofeedback & Biofeedback

Train your nervous system the way an athlete trains their body. Operant learning protocols for attention, anxiety, sleep, and autonomic regulation.

Audio-Visual Entrainment

Light and sound stimulation tuned to therapeutic frequencies — a gentle, passive pathway to calmer states, better sleep, and sharper focus.

Psychiatric Evaluation & Medication

Board-certified psychiatry grounded in the data your brain map and testing reveal — so medication decisions aren't guesswork.

Therapy — Individual, Couples & Family

CBT, EMDR, somatic, and family systems approaches with clinicians who coordinate directly with your psychiatrist and neurofeedback team.

TMS Therapy

Transcranial magnetic stimulation for treatment-resistant depression, OCD, and anxiety — non-invasive, medication-free, FDA-cleared.

Cognitive Rehabilitation

Structured retraining of attention, executive function, and memory after concussion, stroke, long COVID, or chemo-related cognitive change.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

Physician-supervised ketamine sessions paired with integration therapy for depression, PTSD, and treatment-resistant mood conditions.

Sleep & Performance Optimization

For executives, athletes, and performers — objective measurement plus targeted interventions for focus, recovery, and resilience.

ADHD & Learning Evaluation

School-ready, employer-ready diagnostic reports. Accommodations documentation for IEPs, 504 plans, SAT/ACT/GRE, medical boards, and the bar.

Forensic & Capacity Evaluations

Court-admissible assessments for competency, criminal responsibility, personal injury, disability, and return-to-duty evaluations.

Our Approach

Measure first. Then treat.

Brain health has been guesswork for too long. We start with objective data — qEEG, neuropsych testing, history, and lab work — and build a treatment plan from what your brain actually shows us, not from a twelve-minute first appointment.

Your psychiatrist, therapist, and neurofeedback clinician share one chart and one weekly case conference. You shouldn't have to be the courier between your own providers.

  1. 1

    Consultation

A 60-minute intake with a clinician, not a scheduler. We map the problem before proposing a plan.

  2. 2

    Comprehensive Assessment

qEEG, cognitive testing, and relevant medical workup. Results explained in plain language.

  3. 3

    Integrated Treatment Plan

One plan built by the whole team — therapy, psychiatry, neurofeedback, and rehab as needed.

  4. 4

    Re-measure

We repeat objective measures every 8–12 weeks. If something isn't working, we see it and we change it.

Clinicians

A team that sits in the same building.

Our providers round together weekly. When your psychiatrist adjusts medication, your therapist knows within hours — not at your next visit three weeks out.

What patients tell us

In their words.

"Three psychiatrists in five years and nobody ever actually looked at my brain. The qEEG found what they all missed in an afternoon."

— J.M., teacher, age 34

"My son did neurofeedback for eight months. His teachers asked what medication we started. He isn't on any."

— Parent of 11-year-old

"After my concussion I thought I was done. The rehab team at Siler got me back to the courtroom in six months."

— R.T., attorney

Frequently asked

Questions we hear every week.

Do you take insurance?

We're in-network with most major commercial plans for psychiatry, therapy, and neuropsych testing. qEEG and neurofeedback are typically out-of-pocket; we provide superbills and many patients receive partial reimbursement. We'll verify your benefits before your first appointment.

How long does a full evaluation take?

A comprehensive evaluation usually spans two to three visits over a week or two: a clinical interview, the qEEG (about an hour), and cognitive testing (three to six hours depending on the referral question). You'll receive a written report and a feedback session to review the findings.

Is neurofeedback safe for children?

Yes. Neurofeedback has been used with children since the 1970s and is non-invasive — no medication, no electrical stimulation. Children as young as six routinely complete protocols for attention, anxiety, and sleep.

Do you prescribe medication?

Our psychiatrists do. We're not ideological about it — medication is one tool among many. Some patients leave our clinic on less medication than they started with, others start medication for the first time, and many never need any. The assessment drives the decision.

Can I do some services virtually?

Therapy and most psychiatric follow-ups are available by secure telehealth. qEEG, neurofeedback, biofeedback, audio-visual entrainment, TMS, and in-depth cognitive testing require in-person visits.

Do you accept court-ordered or attorney referrals?

Yes. We perform forensic neuropsychological evaluations for competency, criminal responsibility, personal injury, and disability matters, and our clinicians testify when needed.
