Memberships

Stay connected between visits.

A program is a sprint. A membership is the ongoing relationship — designed for the people who already know their brain is part of the job and want a clinic on retainer for it.

  • One Brain Spa session per month (mood reset, biofeedback, or NIR PBM)
  • Annual re-measure at member pricing
  • Member rates on all à la carte services
  • Priority scheduling

Premium

Elite

$2,250/mo

An ongoing, high-touch relationship. Built for athletes, executives, and patients managing complex conditions.

  • Unlimited Brain Spa access
  • Monthly clinician visit (psychiatry or psychology)
  • Two qEEG re-measures per year
  • Direct line to your care team

Memberships require an active baseline assessment within the past 12 months. New patients can complete a Baseline ($1,795–$2,295) before joining; many existing patients roll directly from a program into a membership. Memberships are billed monthly, cancel anytime.

Why members stay

Continuity is the underrated part.

The patients who get the most out of brain health care aren’t the ones with the fanciest assessment. They’re the ones who keep coming back. A membership is how that happens without you having to think about scheduling it.

Why we do this

Cash-pay, by design.

Memberships are cash-pay only. So is everything else we do. It’s the only way we can promise the protocols, the cadence, and the time our patients actually need.

Membership starts with a real assessment.
